If strength training offers the greatest benefit for health, fitness and weight management, then why are the only classes offered at gyms cardio based?
If we know strength training offers the most calorie burn in a 24 hour period then why don't more gyms offer it?
This is the reason why we created BodyX Group Strength Training. So how does it work? You start off with a structural balance assessment that will reveal your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances. Your strength coach will then be able to help you pick the appropriate program for you.
We provide 4 different programs that will range from a Remedial participant (imbalances causing pain and discomfort) to a Level 3 Participant (No exercise limitations). Each one of our sessions will have 4 different workouts depending on which level is best for you. This is how we ensure that people with different levels of experience and ability can work well in the same group.

What is the goal?
The goal for any Strength Training program is progress. You have a choice to progress through an exercise (increase your level of difficulty) or progress through resistance.
You are guided through each workout by one of our P.I.C.P trained Strength Coaches who will teach you what weights to use, the importance of solid technique, different tempos, and what it should feel like if you’re performing a good set.
