To get you started in quickly achieving your goal, our Personal Trainers and Strength Coaches at Body X do a thorough evaluation to assess your current fitness level and your body's overall functionality.
Based on these results we design the most effective program specifically designed for you and your lifestyle that will ensure your goals are met. Sessions include Biosignature assessments, nutritional coaching and of course the sessions itself.
Every personal training session includes several aspects of fitness including but not limited to structural balance, flexibility, strength training, core strength and mobility.
Sessions are approximately 55-60 minutes in length.
